Heyfield Community Representative Group Over-view

  • The Heyfield Community Representative Group has been actively engaging the concerns and visions of the community through survey process and community consultation.
  • The CRG has defined the area to be represented as Heyfield, through to Seaton and Denison.
  • Two surveys have now been conducted throughout the community, the first to Groups & Organizations and the second was available to all residents. 27.5% of surveys to the community were returned. We have also consulted with our local youth and parent’s group to ascertain their issues
  • This has enabled the CRG to commence the Community Plan for Heyfield.
  • This Community Plan is currently in draft form and will be available for public comment when the CRG have completed the draft document. The community plan will guide the future direction of Heyfield and will be a basis for applying for grants and funding.
